1. Whenever you enter your PIN, make sure that:    

• No one is watching it, not even your kids. Statistics indicate that 70% of the PIN number breaches comes from someone you know.
• Do not spell it out loud.
• If you are using a public facility to login, make sure that you logout, close the browser and clear memory.

2. You shall not leave any note or document with your PIN number written on it. If you create your account using one of our Kiosk, you are given a printed slip with your account number and PIN. You must destroy the slip. If you can not remember the PIN number on the slip, change it to your own number and then destroy the slip.

3. Never write down or record your PIN.

4. Your PIN number is secret and shall be kept that way, as you are fully responsible for all the activity on your account, whether conducted by you or someone else.

5. If you think someone has discovered your PIN change it immediately.
